Navy Federal adopted Oracle Fusion Cloud Talent Management, including the AI-powered talent advisor agent, which provides managers with insights to inform promotions and career development.

The use of embedded AI accelerated the goal-setting process for employees and managers, automatically generating detailed goals and success criteria based on simple input. Goals were structured to be more meaningful and aligned with organizational objectives, departmental priorities, and individual career development.

Following the rollout, the average number of performance goals per employee increased by 58%. The number of employees with performance goals grew from 25,000 to 29,000, and the number of workers with development goals rose by 125%.
