Sarah Bush Lincoln improves provider efficiency using Oracle Health AI Agents

Sarah Bush Lincoln Health System is a nonprofit, Magnet-designated community healthcare organization serving 10 counties in east-central Illinois. In February 2025, the organization launched a pilot of the Oracle Health AI Agents to help reduce the documentation burden on providers and improve efficiency. During the pilot, 50 providers used Oracle Health AI Agents and achieved a 25.0% reduction in documentation time and a 14.8% decrease in time spent in the EHR. [1] Based on these results, Sarah Bush Lincoln plans to expand use of the Oracle Health AI Agents across more providers and adopt additional agents as they become available.
