TENNESSEE Participating Addendum to NASPO ValuePoint Contract AR2487 – Cloud Solutions

The State of Tennessee has signed two (2) Participating Addenda to NASPO ValuePoint - Oracle Contract AR2487:

  1. (a) Executed in 2022 for Software as a Service, Infrastructure as a Service, and Platform as a Service Cloud Services and related Services Offerings
  2. (b) Executed in 2018 for Software as a Service Cloud Services and related Services Offerings only

2022 Participating Addendum between the State of Tennessee and Oracle for Software as a Service, Infrastructure as a Service, and Platform as a Service Cloud Services and related Services Offerings

  • Tennessee reference number: 74945
  • Oracle reference number: US-GMA-1301562 (AR2487)_PA_TN_2022
  • Contract Term: June 28, 2022 through September 15, 2026 or the date of termination of the Participating Addendum

For all orders placed under the Participating Addendum, the Ordering Document must specify Oracle’s reference number for the Master Agreement (US-GMA-1301562 (AR2487)) and Oracle’s reference number for the State of Tennessee Participating Addendum (US-GMA-1301562 (AR2487)_PA_TN_2022).

2018 Participating Addendum between the State of Tennessee and Oracle for Software as a Service and related Services Offerings only

  • Contract Term: November 5, 2018 through the earliest of (i) November 4, 2023; (ii) the date of expiration or termination of the Master Agreement; or (iii) the date of expiration or termination of the Participating Addendum
