For all orders placed under the Participating Addendum, the Ordering Document must specify Oracle’s reference number for the Master Agreement (US-GMA-1301562 (AR2487)) and Oracle’s reference number for the State of Utah Participating Addendum (US-GMA-1301562 (AR2487)_PA_UT).
