Romanian National Employment Agency (ANOFM) migrates its ERP to OCI

Reporting to the Ministry of Labour and Solidarity, with more than 200 offices nationally, ANOFM manages unemployment benefits for Romanian citizens and offers a wide range of services to support people in finding employment. Aging on-premises ERP hardware, along with rising maintenance and operational costs, was affecting daily operations. ANOFM’s trusted partners presented the cloud as the fastest and most cost-effective approach to refreshing the implementation of their ERP system. Thanks to Oracle EU Sovereign Cloud, ANOFM’s journey to the cloud also addressed compliance with GDPR, local, and EU regulations for data residency and sovereignty.
