Established in 1975, Horizon Corporations is one of the largest providers of outpatient mental health and substance use treatment in Western New York. In July 2025, the organization collaborated with Oracle Health to implement Oracle Health Clinical AI Agent to transform documentation experiences for its physicians. By implementing the Oracle Health Clinical AI Agent mobile application across its physicians’ mobile devices, Horizon has empowered them to complete documentation quickly and efficiently, without compromising quality or accuracy. The solution automatically generates a draft clinical note for physician review, approval, and sign-off, enabling physicians to focus more on meaningful patient interactions and less on administrative tasks. Since go-live, Horizon Corporations has achieved a 57.43% reduction in average adjusted documentation time and a 25.43% reduction in average adjusted time spent in the EHR per patient.[1] The results demonstrate how Oracle’s ambient clinical intelligence is helping health systems reimagine workflows, alleviate burnout, and put the focus back where it belongs: on delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.
