We’ve deployed Oracle Cloud ERP across a number of PwC territories. Through this implementation, we’ve gained valuable experience in simplifying reporting, strengthening financial controls, and applying embedded AI capabilities to finance processes. As a result, we’ve enhanced the insights we can bring to clients who are looking to modernize their finance functions and unlock value from cloud ERP and AI.

Several territories move to Oracle Cloud ERP

PwC is a multinational professional services network that provides audit, assurance, tax, and consulting services. The network has implemented Oracle Fusion Cloud Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) across several territories within its global network of firms.

Those deployments currently support approximately 34,000 employees and have helped PwC improve finance operations, controls, and reporting. The work also gives participating PwC firms a foundation for applying embedded AI capabilities to finance processes.

AI supports faster finance insight

For professional services organizations, finance processes affect how teams allocate resources, manage projects, and keep client work on time and on budget. Fast, accurate, touchless processes can help those organizations make better decisions while reducing manual work across finance operations.

PwC firms that adopted Oracle Cloud ERP can use embedded predictive, generative, and agentic AI capabilities to help increase productivity, improve financial controls, align financial and operational planning, and simplify global reporting. For example, PwC is using the document IO agent in Oracle Cloud ERP to automate document handling across financial processes, helping accelerate financial insights and decision-making.

Internal experience strengthens client work

By running Oracle Cloud ERP across several territories, PwC has gained practical experience with cloud ERP and AI in its own finance environment. That experience helps PwC bring more informed guidance to clients that want to update finance processes and get more value from cloud ERP and AI.

PwC and Oracle are also collaborating to develop new tools, accelerators, and methodologies for clients. The work combines PwC’s experience helping clients realize value from Oracle implementations worldwide with Oracle Cloud ERP capabilities across predictive, generative, and agentic AI.
