Sarah Bush Lincoln improves provider efficiency using Oracle Health Clinical AI Agent
Oracle Health Clinical AI Agent reduces provider documentation time and overall time spent using the electronic health record.

Sarah Bush Lincoln Health System is a nonprofit, Magnet-designated community healthcare organization serving 10 counties in east-central Illinois. In February 2025, the organization launched a pilot of the Oracle Health Clinical AI Agent to help reduce the documentation burden on providers and improve efficiency. During the pilot, 50 providers used Oracle Health Clinical AI Agent and achieved a 25.0% reduction in documentation time and a 14.8% decrease in time spent in the EHR.1 Based on these results, Sarah Bush Lincoln plans to expand use of the Oracle Health Clinical AI Agent across more providers and adopt additional agents as they become available.
