Shackelford County, Texas Data Center

The project is expected to generate more than 5,000 construction jobs, as well as more than 1,600 permanent jobs onsite or in the community once construction is completed. Local suppliers, vendors, contractors and residents will be prioritized.

• The project will contribute more than $100M in local county tax revenue.
• Oracle and our partners will work closely with general contractors, trade partners, local community organizations, and educational institutions to create shared value across the state.
• We will fund college scholarships for Shackelford County students annually throughout the lifespan of the project to help further local hiring efforts.

• The campus will rely on its own onsite power system, providing a steady and reliable source of electricity.
• The microgrid is built using ultra low emission, reciprocating engines.

The Shackelford County AI data center uses a one-time fill, closed-loop, non-evaporative liquid cooling system that significantly reduces water consumption.

The campus will include 10 buildings on 1,200 acres, encompassing 3.7 million square feet.
