With Oracle CrowdTwist, Pacific Northwest restaurant group creates unique and memorable experiences to reward its loyal diners
Austin, Texas—Nov 19, 2024Fire & Vine Hospitality has adopted Oracle CrowdTwist loyalty and engagement to help cater to the individual preferences of its Revelers Club loyalty program members. By leveraging CrowdTwist's API-driven platform, Fire & Vine has integrated loyalty and engagement data across its reservation system, events platform, and email lists. With a consistent and accurate view of its customers, Fire & Vine is now able to offer more targeted and personalized offers that reward and honor guest loyalty at its 11 locations throughout the Pacific Northwest, including the iconic steakhouse, El Gaucho.
“Our mission is to revel and celebrate life with our guests, and our loyalty program is designed to make our guests feel valued and appreciated. With CrowdTwist, we can better understand our diners’ preferences and behaviors to create tailored offers that build long-lasting brand affinity,” said Chad Mackay, CEO, Fire & Vine Hospitality. “Data is gold in our businesses and essential to driving success loyalty programs. With Oracle, we have the technology backbone to build for the future, break down data silos across our systems, and gain valuable insight into our diverse customer base so we can better serve them.”
With data seamlessly integrated across its existing Oracle Simphony Point of Sale (POS) systems, third-party software, and CrowdTwist, Fire & Vine can now access the full breadth of its customer data in real time. With comprehensive customer profiles, it can not only recognize and reward customers for specific menu selections, but also expand engagement with exclusive wine and bourbon tastings, and enable cross-promotional opportunities with other restaurants and hotels.
The company also plans to create personalized loyalty programs for employee accounts, offering dining credits and incentives for long-serving staff.
“Fire and Vine Hospitality’s Revelers Club is a fantastic example of how data-driven engagement and offers can deliver lasting customer value,’ said Alexander Alt, executive vice president, Oracle Consumer Industries. “With CrowdTwist, Fire & Vine has the information it needs to understand the unique preferences of each customer and interact with them in a way that provides a much more relevant and valuable experience to the customer while also increasing profitability.”
