Could these AI services transform your apps?

I still remember the day I heard an executive at Oracle mention “the race to the bottom of the brain stem” at our annual machine learning summit. Her point was that while so much AI is driving addictive consumer experiences (as described by The Center for Humane Technology), its true value is in removing wasteful business processes and enabling more intuitive interactions.

That’s why the six new Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) AI services announced this month (for language, speech, vision, forecasting, anomaly detection, and data labeling) are so empowering: They let app developers use models that Oracle has pretrained on business-specific data. If you want, you can also teach these services with your own domain’s data.

Oracle AI includes Oracle Digital Assistant, OCI Data Science, and Oracle Database Machine Learning—and much of it has been used in demanding applications. (Did you know that Oracle has 21 patents for the MSET anomaly prediction algorithms used to protect all 450 nuclear power plants worldwide?)
