Oracle Digital Business Experience

Meeting the Expertise requirements below recognizes partners who have mastered the skills required to deploy, configure and operate the Oracle products and database that comprise Oracle Digital Business Experience. Digital Business Experience is an end-to-end, digital business support system to manage experiences and revenue at every stage of the customer journey, and is a pre-integrated, productized solution to enable CSPs to achieve a single customer view and automate process flows across concept-to-cash-to-care.

All qualifiers must be attained within the same regional market. Companies with multiple entities in the same regional market can pool their resources across that regional market to meet the required qualifiers. Partners who have completed all the qualifiers and have published the Expertise will be showcased in Oracle Partner Finder.

Oracle Digital Business Experience can be deployed on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or on alternative (non-Oracle) cloud vendor’s architecture. For OCI, the required training and certifications will be detailed in the Oracle Digital Business Experience on Oracle Cloud Service Expertise [coming soon]. For non-Oracle cloud vendors, partners must attest to having the relevant knowledge and expertise required to deploy, configure and operate Digital Business Experience on that vendors’ architecture.
