Get the skills and opportunities you need to thrive as a recent polytechnic graduate in the technology industry. The 12-month Oracle Apprenticeship Program, in partnership with Singapore’s Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), is now accepting applications.

Can I take part in the apprenticeship program?

This program has been developed in collaboration with IMDA’s Company-Led Training program for recent polytechnic students who graduated between May 2022 and 2025.

You’ll be assessed according to the hiring requirements of each role. You must be a Singapore citizen or permanent resident and be able to complete the full duration of the apprenticeship (44 hours per week for 12 consecutive months).

    • How is the program structured?

      Oracle apprentices will undergo a comprehensive, structured training program for the initial three months, followed by nine months of on-the-job training.

    • What is the monthly salary?

      You’ll receive SGD$3,000 a month before CPF deduction.

    • When is the program expected to begin?

      The expected start date will be in early June 2025.

    • What happens after the 12-month program?

      After you successfully complete your apprenticeship and subject to availability, you may be considered for full-time employment opportunities with Oracle, our partners, and customers.

    • Is this program right for me?

      This apprenticeship program is developed with IMDA for newly graduated polytechnic students who meet eligibility criteria. You’ll be assessed according to the hiring requirements of each role. You must be a Singapore citizen or permanent resident and be able to complete the full duration of the apprenticeship.

      Please note the following conditions of applications under IMDA’s Company-Led Training program:

      • Although an applicant may meet the eligibility criteria, all applicants are subject to the company’s review for suitability with hiring requirements and may not be automatically shortlisted for an interview.
      • Only shortlisted applicants will be notified by the company directly.
      • Companies may hire eligible applicants on a first-come-first-serve basis before any closing date.
      • Companies may stop accepting applications when all the jobs offered by the participating companies have been filled.
      • Companies’ hiring decisions are final, and companies aren’t obliged to offer explanations or appeals on their hiring decisions.
    • How would you define a “newly graduated” polytechnic student? Can I apply if I graduated last year?

      You’re eligible to apply if you graduated between 2022 and 2025 or if you graduated in 2021 and have just completed your national service. We review every application on a case-by-case basis, so we encourage you to apply even if your graduation dates differ since we may have other opportunities relevant to your skills and background.

    • What if I can’t commit to the full 12-month program duration? Will you be hiring during any other periods?

      You must be able to commit to the full 12 months to be eligible for an Oracle apprenticeship. The program will run from 2025 to 2026. If you’re unable to commit to this cycle, we encourage you to apply next time. Watch for future hiring announcements on our social media channels.

    • Can I apply to multiple roles?

      Yes. We’ll conduct a screening and evaluation to determine the position best suited for you.

    • What if I’m not Singaporean or a Singaporean permanent resident?

      You must be a Singapore citizen or permanent resident to be eligible for the Oracle Apprenticeship Program. If you’re not a Singapore citizen or permanent resident, we encourage you to explore other opportunities on our Careers site.

    • Will I get to work from home?

      Some teams may need to work in the office on a regular basis due to business needs, while others may meet in person less frequently. Our hybrid work policy supports flexibility, while taking operational requirements, collaboration and our ability to deliver for our customers into account.
