Clay Magouyrk

CEO, Oracle

Chief Executive Officer Clay Magouyrk heads Oracle Cloud Infrastructure and is a founding member of Oracle’s cloud engineering development center. Clay leads engineering, product strategy, technical operations, and customer success for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Clay’s team focuses on supporting customers’ needs—whether it’s making it easier for enterprise customers to move critical workloads to the cloud, helping cloud native customers achieve price-performance at scale, meeting the rising infrastructure demands presented by AI training and inferencing, or supporting the unique requirements of customers with location or sovereignty restrictions. He’s focused on building a highly secure, reliable, performance-based cloud and providing engineering solutions that solve customers’ most complex challenges using scalable cloud technology that transforms their business for sustained growth and innovation. Under Clay’s leadership, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure has grown to more than 100 public regions globally. Prior to joining Oracle in 2014, Clay spent six years at Amazon and AWS. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Memphis.

Mike Sicilia

CEO, Oracle

As CEO, Mike Sicilia is focused on helping customers across every industry accelerate growth and drive business success with AI-powered applications and infrastructure. Since joining Oracle from Primavera Systems in 2008, Mike has held several leadership positions and was pivotal in delivering industry-specific cloud and embedded AI solutions that empower organizations to adapt and innovate. He also managed some of Oracle’s most strategic acquisitions, delivering critical new offerings to customers. Mike holds a bachelor of science degree in computer science from Saint Joseph's University.

Laurent Mekies

Team Principal and CEO, Oracle Red Bull Racing

Born in Tours, France on 28 April 1977, Laurent Mekies path to Formula 1 was defined at an early age by a trip with his father to the 1988 French Grand Prix at Le Castellet. Captivated by racing and the technology on show, the young Frenchman determined to trade the grandstands for the garage and a career in motorsport.

After studying for a Masters’ degree mechanical engineering at the highly regarded ESTACA School in Paris, during which he spent his final year at Loughborough University in the UK, Laurent secured a trackside internship in 2000 with the all-conquering Signature team in French Formula 3. The position led to a switch to Asiatech, the company that supplied the Arrows team with its engines, where, as an engine engineer, Laurent got his first taste of F1 in 2001.

A year later, he made the move to the Minardi team as a race engineer and stayed in Faenza for the following 12 years. When the team became Scuderia Toro Rosso in 2006, he was appointed Chief Engineer, responsible for all trackside operations, from the construction of the car at the factory to the race team at the track. Later, he became Head of Vehicle Performance, managing six departments working on core car performance.

Laurent left Toro Rosso in 2014, joining F1 governing body the FIA as Safety Director where he took on responsibility for all Safety and Medical matters for the Federation across its Championships, as well as R&D and homologation activities for both track and road.

At the start of 2017, in addition to his existing duties, he was appointed F1 Deputy Race Director working alongside the late Charlie Whiting and with responsibility for all sporting matters across FIA single-seater categories.

However, in September 2018, Laurent returned to a competitive role, joining Scuderia Ferrari as Sporting Director. In 2019, in addition to his existing responsibilities, he took on the role of Head of Track & Performance Area, while in 2021 he was promoted to the role of Racing Director.

He bid farewell to the Prancing Horse in the summer of 2023 to take on the role of Team Principal in Faenza. Starting in January 2024 and charged with boosting the team’s championship fortunes, Laurent undertook a significant restructuring of the team now known as Visa Cash App Racing Bulls. Promoting talent from within and recruiting smartly outside the team to attract senior figures to the team, the new Team Principal took the team to eighth in the Constructors’ Championship with 46 points in his first season and in 2025 saw the team take 36 points and hold seventh in the team’s battle in just 12 races.

Midway through the 2025 campaign, Laurent was appointed Team Principle and CEO of Oracle Red Bull Racing, ahead of a new era in which the Team produce chassis and power units all under one roof at the Red Bull Technology Campus on Milton Keynes for the first time.

Nathan Thomas

Senior Vice President, Product Management, Oracle

Nathan Thomas is the Senior Vice President of Product Management for Oracle. He is responsible for Oracle’s product strategy.​

Over the last 25 years Nathan has played key roles in three fundamental shifts in the technology landscape. First, as the Director of Sales Engineering and then Chief Architect of Red Hat, Nathan helped bring Linux and Open Source to the enterprise. Then, across a range of roles at Amazon Web Services he helped operationalize and commercialize cloud computing. This included time as the Director of EC2 Fleet, General Manager of Amazon WorkSpaces, and General Manager of Elastic Block Store. Finally, as the Vice President of Unreal Engine at Epic Games he helped drive the revolution of real time 3D rendering across video games, TV and movies, and enterprises. Prior to joining Oracle, Nathan was leading Product Management for Storage at Google Cloud.

Nathan works out of Oracle’s headquarters in Nashville, Tennessee.​

Seema Verma

Executive Vice President and General Manager, Oracle Health and Life Sciences

Industry and thought leader Seema Verma is the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Oracle Health and Life Sciences. She is responsible for Oracle Health’s clinical and clinical trials applications portfolio.

Seema has decades of experience leading transformative initiatives across the healthcare industry. In her current role, she spearheads the development of Oracle Health’s next-generation electronic health record system, transforming it into a clinical asset to help improve care delivery. She also focuses on closing the gap between clinical research and clinical care to help improve patient outcomes.

In 2017, Seema was elected on a bipartisan basis as the Administrator of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). In this role, she developed and implemented the federal administration’s healthcare plan to advance value-based care, innovation, interoperability, and price transparency while reducing drug prices and regulations through her historic Patients over Paperwork initiative.

Prior to her role at the CMS, Seema founded and sold a national health policy consulting company and worked as Vice President of Corporate Planning for the Health and Hospital Corporation of Marion County. These experiences provided her with valuable insight into the challenges healthcare professionals face on the front lines of the industry. She currently serves as a member of the USC Schaeffer Center Advisory Board and a board advisor at Tapestry Health.

Seema graduated with a Bachelor of Science in life sciences from the University of Maryland. She also received her Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Administration from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
