Fulfillment Management enables you to optimize delivery by prioritizing orders according to rules and service level information. With it, you can rapidly access all information needed to assign inventory to customer sales orders, set service levels for one customer or group of customers, and generate fulfillment plans that you manage or modify as necessary.
Fulfillment Management module allows customers to prioritize and allocate inventory for items that have more demand than supply. Users can review inventory levels, customer orders, and order scores (priorities), and then allocate inventory to customer orders.
Service level rules are set up for specific customers. Rules can also be set up for a customer group, item, item group, and business unit (branch).
Set up for basic scoring where order scores reflect the priority ranking of the sales order lines. Scoring can be set up using different criteria from the customer and the sales order: Customer Priority, Order Type, Requested Date Age, and Line Type.
Fulfillment rules enable you to manage your safety stock by assigning inventory based on order score and safety stock percentage.
