Oracle is growing in Doña Ana County and we want you to grow with us. Our Catalyst program creates a pathway into technology careers for people ready to learn. No prior IT experience or degree is required.
Over 12 weeks of paid work and training, you’ll learn alongside experienced Oracle teams and receive coaching and mentorship. You’ll also gain hands-on experience with data center technology, including equipment, networking, troubleshooting, safety, and day-to-day operations.
The program is designed to prepare you to become a full-time data center technician and build a career with Oracle.
