Our UNCF Scholars Program offers students from underrepresented communities the opportunity to launch their career with a world-class internship experience and scholarship funding. We’ve been proudly partnering with UNCF to increase diversity in technology for more than 20 years. In that time, we’ve donated over $12M to our shared mission, and hired countless students who have gone on to become extraordinary leaders.
We offer two different types of programs for students who come from underrepresented communities in STEM: the Oracle UNCF Corporate Scholars Program and the Oracle Developer Scholars Program. Decide which one is best for you based on your career interests!
Work at the heart of our business in your chosen focus area. This program is for aspiring business and technology leaders who are studying fields related to computer science, marketing, HR, business, or maths.
Learn how to build groundbreaking technologies that can solve the world's most fascinating problems. This program is for technical students studying fields related to computer science, computer engineering, or software development.
Get exposure across the length and breadth of our business. Whether you’re an aspiring developer or future marketer, you’ll have the opportunity to make your mark on important projects that support your future career goals.
Learn from industry experts and inspirational leaders. On top of your project supervisor, you’ll be assigned a peer mentor—a recent graduate who knows what it’s like to be a newbie! Your mentors will help you thrive here.
Make friends for life! You’ll be paired with intern buddies who are in the same boat as you, and you’ll get the chance to come together for weekly social events like tech talks, networking events, volunteering, and happy hours.
Take the financial pressure off your education. Students that successfully complete their internship will be considered for a needs-based $10,000 scholarship fund for the following academic school year.
