How Oracle is Reimagining Talent Management with Oracle Cloud HCM

Like a lot of our customers, at Oracle we had many complex internal systems and processes. To be able to innovate instead of just maintain, our HR team had to rethink how we were doing things. We made the decision to move from our legacy HR system to Oracle Cloud HCM to give us a technology foundation that lets us focus on our strategy - giving us better visibility into our talent and helping our managers develop their employees and recruit top talent.
