Celika Caldwell

Celika Caldwell leads customer experience for Oracle Advertising and Customer Experience (CX). She has more than 25 years’ experience in product development, product management, and digital marketing. She’s also been responsible for standing up CX functions at large, complex organizations. Prior to Oracle, Celika worked at AARP Experience, FedEx, Citibank, Honeywell, and Deloitte Consulting. She holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BS in electrical engineering from MIT.

Yvette Cameron

Yvette Cameron is the senior vice president of human capital management (HCM) product strategy at Oracle. Prior to Oracle, Yvette was a cofounder of a blockchain-based technology firm and cofounded a non-profit industry consortium to drive the creation of self-sovereign digital career credentials. She held leadership positions at SAP SuccessFactors, Saba, Gartner, and Constellation Research. She’s an international speaker on innovations in HCM processes and technology and the future of work.

Jon Chorley

At Oracle, Jon Chorley fills two important roles. He leads Oracle’s product strategy for all supply chain management products, and he is the chief sustainability officer, driving and coordinating all initiatives, both internal and external, related to environmental sustainability. Jon has more than 30 years of experience in the software industry in a broad set of positions including sales, implementation, and development. He has been with Oracle since 1997.

Nancy Estell Zoder

Nancy Estell Zoder is vice president for Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) product strategy. She is responsible for the strategic direction of cloud-based HCM offerings for global HR, workforce planning, help desk, global payroll, compensation, benefits, absence management, time and labor, and work-life solutions. Nancy is an experienced HCM professional with more than 25 years implementing, designing, developing, and defining products for HCM solutions for the global market and specific industries. Nancy spent more than 10 years implementing HCM solutions in North America, Europe, and Asia for a variety of industries, including healthcare, public sector, automotive, manufacturing, energy, retail, financial services, and higher education, before moving into product development for Oracle Cloud and PeopleSoft.

Carla Harris

Carla Harris is a senior client advisor at Morgan Stanley, capping a 30-year career as a vice chairman and managing director. She chaired the Morgan Stanley Foundation, sits on the boards of several community organizations, and was appointed by President Obama to chair the National Women’s Business Council. She is a gospel artist, a popular speaker, and the author of three books. Carla holds an AB in economics from Harvard University and an MBA from Harvard Business School, Magna Cum Laude.

Tiffanie Lewis

Tiffanie Lewis is responsible for the People Services organization at Diebold Nixdorf. Her team of 150 professionals globalizes and standardizes HR technology and data to enable workplace flexibility through self-service, automation, and digitization. She led the deployment of Oracle Human Capital Management Cloud, a foundation to the company’s digital transformation. Tiffanie is a corporate spokesperson and an ambassador for employee resource groups supporting diversity and inclusion.

Reza Rahman

Reza Rahman is a principal program manager for Java on Azure at Microsoft. He works to make sure Java developers are first-class citizens at Microsoft and that Microsoft is a first-class citizen of the Java ecosystem. Previously, he was an official Java technologist at Oracle, and he is the author of the popular book "EJB 3 in Action" from Manning Publishing. Reza has long been a frequent speaker at Java user groups and conferences worldwide including JavaOne and Devoxx.

Traci Wade

As vice president and global head of diversity and inclusion (D&I) at Oracle, Traci Wade leads programs that build awareness of the business value of a diverse and inclusive culture. She engages with senior leadership in creating and supporting strategies that infuse diversity, inclusion, and equity into the workplace. Her team leads and supports Oracle’s Employee Resource Groups to help build global communities, develop future leaders, encourage partnerships, and retain talent.
