Powering innovation with diversity and inclusion

Innovation calls for embracing people of all backgrounds, abilities, and ways of thinking. To make our ideas better and our teams stronger, Oracle cultivates a global culture of diversity and inclusion (D&I). We’re committed to creating workplaces and events where all individuals are empowered to do their best work and succeed without barriers.

At CloudWorld, you’ll find spaces where you can be your authentic self. In sessions, D&I experts at leading companies will share best practices for encouraging inclusive mindsets and diverse perspectives. You’ll also learn about Oracle’s global D&I initiatives and get the opportunity to engage with some of our programs. Read on for details on how we’re making CloudWorld more inclusive.

Putting D&I into practice

When everyone’s voice is heard—and valued—we’re inspired to go beyond what’s been done before. Explore the many ways CloudWorld enables all attendees to feel seen, welcomed, and celebrated.

“I wouldn't be where I am today if people did not fight their unconscious bias when I first started. Breaking the bias takes all of us working individually and collectively, through advocacy, accountability, and inclusive mindsets.”
