Below are resources to assist in securing your hotel reservation.
Great news! The following hotels will accept reservations after our deadline, based on their availability. Please call the hotel directly and reference Oracle OpenWorld with the hotel’s reservation team.
Book your hotel reservation via the official travel provider for San Francisco Travel, Booking.com.
Air Transportation Update
The San Francisco International Airport will close a key runway for repairs from 7–26 September 2019. The airport has issued a warning to travelers to expect delays during this timeframe, which are anticipated to be between 30 minutes and upward to 2 hours during peak times. Early morning and late night flights are less likely to experience delays. Domestic flights will be more affected than International flights. Please confirm your flight times during this time with your airline before arriving at airport.
Cable Car Update
During the week of Oracle OpenWorld the cable car system will be under construction. Be sure to check the San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency (SFMTA) website for details.
We can’t wait to see you at the event.

Hotel changes are no longer accepted online. Between August 26 to September 6, hotels are working on importing all the reservations into their system. Once completed, a final hotel confirmation email which contains the actual hotel confirmation number will be sent to you two to three weeks before your arrival date. You may contact the hotel directly for changes and cancellation after receiving your final confirmation email.

Please be aware of scams where you may be contacted about booking your hotel room for the conference. The Oracle OpenWorld housing team will not contact you directly by email or phone to solicit hotel reservations; you are responsible for booking your own reservations. The only time the Oracle OpenWorld housing team will proactively reach out to you is to announce that the booking system is live and/or to provide you with your final hotel confirmation details. The housing team can only assure room availability or rates for rooms booked during online registration or by your direct contact with the Oracle OpenWorld customer service team. Reservations made through another source are at your own risk.
