Effective August 18, 2014, the point of contact for Corente product support has transitioned to Oracle's Support portal, My Oracle Support, and is no longer provided through the Ticketing function in App Net Manager, the Corente telephone number, or via email.
The same support team who supported Corente's products continues to do so today. You should continue to use the same support channels you have been using, whether it is online through the App Net Manager, via email, by telephone, or through your customer representative. All Support mechanisms remain the same.
