For Bethany Kalenga, salsa dancing and cooking are two things that spice up her life. However, when it comes to her career, Oracle is what peppers her days at the office. “As a supply chain management major, I thought I would end up working in a production facility or manufacturing plant—I hadn’t thought about working for a software company. But one of my good friends applied for Oracle and got the job, so she referred me. I’m really lucky that she did, because Oracle’s huge and there are so many different things you can do,” she recalls.
