Global Head of Oracle Social Impact and Executive Director of Oracle Education Foundation

As vice president of Social Impact, Colleen Cassity oversees Oracle’s giving and volunteering programs, which donate money, technology, time, and skills to nonprofits worldwide to advance education, protect the environment, and strengthen communities. She also oversees the new Oracle Health Foundation, which connects children to care when finances stand in the way.

Her team produces the Oracle Social Impact Report, which shares stories about lives transformed by Oracle philanthropy and best practices in ESG.

In her role as executive director of the nonprofit Oracle Education Foundation, Colleen and the Foundation’s educators help students learn technology, design thinking, and futures thinking—skills that ready them to solve problems and make a better future. The Foundation works with d.tech, which Colleen helped bring to Oracle’s campus, Eastside, the Ann Richards School, and Junior Achievement, and is scaling in the Americas.

Prior to Oracle, Colleen helped build Juma Ventures, a national model for improving the life prospects of low-income, high-risk youth. She was named one of the Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business by the San Francisco Business Times in 2019.
