Hilary Maxson is chief financial officer at Oracle, where she leads the company’s global finance organization and financial strategy.

Hilary joined Oracle in 2026 and brings extensive experience across infrastructure, industrial, and software businesses. She plays a central role in shaping Oracle’s growth and capital allocation strategy as the company scales investment to meet rising demand for AI and cloud services.

Prior to Oracle, Hilary served as executive vice president and group chief financial officer at Schneider Electric, a global leader in energy management and automation. During her tenure, she helped drive financial performance and supported the company’s transformation toward software, digital services, and data-driven solutions.

Earlier in her career, she spent more than a decade at AES Corporation, where she held senior leadership roles across finance, strategy, and mergers and acquisitions, supporting complex global infrastructure investments.

Hilary holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Cornell University. She also serves as a nonexecutive director and chair of the audit committee at Anglo American.
