Simon de Montfort Walker

Simon de Montfort Walker is the executive vice president and general manager of Oracle Restaurants and Central Industry Solutions.

Oracle Restaurants delivers best-in-class restaurant management solutions globally. Since joining Oracle in 2018, Simon has reestablished market leadership in restaurant point of sale. He also manages Oracle’s cross-industry consumer payments business, shared industry infrastructure, support, development, business development, and renewal teams.

Most recently, he served as chief technology officer and president of eGate Solutions at Gategroup with responsibility for hospitality, supply chain, and end customer servicing solutions. He also served as executive vice president operations at Blue Cod Technologies and general manager for Octavian, Inc.

He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from The University of Toronto, King’s College and a master’s degree with honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
