T.K. Anand is executive vice president of product development at Oracle and leads the Healthcare and AI Data Platform product portfolios.

T.K.’s team is focused on helping improve healthcare outcomes and reduce the cost of care delivery by providing secure, cloud-based applications and AI-powered analytics that seamlessly connect patients, providers, payers, and public health and life sciences organizations. His team is building an open, intelligent platform that transforms electronic health records and revenue cycle management, population health, and research applications. By leveraging AI-driven innovation and an extended partner ecosystem, they’re advancing healthcare delivery and shaping the future of data-driven care.

T.K.’s AI Data Platform team has developed a unified platform that enables organizations to build the foundational data and AI infrastructure that lets them serve data for AI use cases and orchestrate AI agents at scale. The team also builds intelligent applications for business functions, such as finance, operations, supply chain, human resources, marketing, sales, and service.

Prior to joining Oracle, T.K. spent more than 20 years at Microsoft working on enterprise software and cloud technologies. He holds degrees in computer science and engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay and the University of Toronto.
