AMMEGA is a global manufacturer of conveyor and power transmission belting solutions, supporting around 6,000 employees across 40 countries. Operating with many small local sites, the company needed consistent HR processes that would still work in local contexts. With Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, AMMEGA unified global HR data and empowered local HR teams with analytics and data quality dashboards, enabling more data-driven talent management decisions. Within one year, AMMEGA increased its internal hire ratio by 5% and the share of women in managerial roles by 3%. The company is currently implementing Oracle AI features in recruitment and performance management, aiming to significantly improve efficiency in those processes.
