With more than 52 million users, Dotz is a customer engagement program that incentivizes retail purchases and payments through a point-based system that shoppers manage via a mobile application. Dotz wanted to increase the average revenue per user (ARPU) for existing customers over a 12-month period and improve its use of data, with the goal of figuring out how to better activate data to deliver results.
