Northern Arizona Healthcare operates two hospitals and a trauma center, covering a vast 50,000 square miles, which includes the Grand Canyon region and many Native American communities. The organization struggled with more than 50 disconnected applications, which created inefficient workflows, onboarding challenges, and difficulties integrating clinical and business data for timely, informed decisions. They selected Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, including finance, supply chain, HCM, and Fusion Data Intelligence, to unify operations and replace legacy systems, thereby enabling real-time dashboards, streamlined onboarding, and one-stop access to critical data in their existing Oracle Health EHR for both employees and managers. With Oracle, the organization expects to significantly reduce manual processes, close financial books faster, and enhance supply chain management. Moreover, the integration of clinical and business data is poised to deliver actionable insights that will help Northern Arizona Healthcare improve operational efficiency and support high-quality care delivery.

“Northern Arizona wanted a one-stop shop. Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications give us that one place to go,” says Heather Gleason, Chief Information Officer, Northern Arizona Healthcare.
