The Warehouse Group (TWG), New Zealand’s largest retail employer, with a diverse team based across the country, needed an easy, accessible tool to recognize great work and great team members.
The company chose Oracle Celebrate, part of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, for its compatibility with existing Oracle HR systems and user-friendly access, especially for employees without corporate devices—QR codes in stores let staff use Celebrate from their own phones. With support from Oracle Consulting, Celebrate went live in months, and employees received more than 2500 recognitions in a year, helping teams connect and recognize each other.
