Download Oracle Software Packager in .jar format
Unjar ouiosp220160.jar into a directory

For example:
jar -xvf ouiosp220160.jar

On NT:

change to the "cd/Disk1/install/Win32" directory (note Disk1 dir did not exist with older version of OUI)

run setup.exe

On Solaris:

change to the "cd/Disk1/install/Solaris" " directory (note Disk1 dir did not exist with older version of OUI)

execute "runInstaller"

Select install type "Complete" to install both the Universal Installer and the Software Packager.
