CORENTE GATEWAY LICENSE TERMS

Your access to the Corente Cloud Services Exchange is governed by the Oracle Cloud Services Agreement and/or the Oracle Trial Cloud Services Agreement, as well as by the Oracle Technology Network License Terms that you accepted and agreed to before you downloaded the zip file containing this document and the associated software (collectively, the “Agreement”).

The Corente Services Gateway ISO that you downloaded with this document is also subject to the terms of that Agreement, except for the Separately Licensed Technology set forth in the open source package list found at http://www.oracle.com/downloads/opensource/corente-cloud-services-exchange-source-code.html (the “Open Source Packages”). All ownership and intellectual property right in and to the Open Source Packages is governed by Separate Terms that set forth in the source code for the Open Source Packages.

The source code for the Open Source Packages is available at http://www.oracle.com/downloads/opensource/corente-cloud-services-exchange-source-code.html . It can also be obtained from the same place from which you downloaded the zip file containing the Corente Services Gateway ISO and this document or under the terms of the Offer To Provide Source Code that is also included in the file.
