Some releases of Oracle products contain the geckodriver library provided by Mozilla under terms of the Mozilla Public License (MPL). Per Legal requirements, Oracle must make the geckodriver object code and source code publicly available under the Mozilla Public License on a website completely separate from any other Oracle website offering downloads of Oracle proprietary code at least 12 months from the date of distribution. No modifications have been made by Oracle to any of the geckodriver code provided by Mozilla.
