Some releases of Oracle products contain a number of TerraForm libraries provided by Hashicorp under terms Mozilla Public License (MPL). Per Legal requirements, Oracle must make both the Terraform object code and source code publicly available under the Mozilla Public License on a website completely from any other Oracle website offering downloads of Oracle proprietary code at least 12 months from the date of distribution. No modifications have been made by Oracle to any of the Terraform code provided by Hashicorp.
