Mark Webster is the senior vice president and general manager of Oracle Construction and Engineering. His 30-year career in the IT industry includes sales and executive leadership roles at NCR, Sun Microsystems, Verizon Communications, Evolve/Primavera, and Verdiem.
Mark works closely with client leadership teams to deploy innovative and transformative business solutions with an emphasis on measurable results. His knowledge of the enterprise project and portfolio management (EPPM) marketplace make him a frequent contributor to industry events.
As vice president and cofounder of Oracle Industry Innovation Labs, Dr. Burcin Kaplanoglu leads innovation for Oracle’s industry-focused global business units. He is a recognized industry technologist, innovator, thought leader, and keynote speaker. Burcin was recognized as a BuiltWorlds 2020 Maverick in the Technologists category and was named one of seven AEC Innovators by @Building Design + Construction magazine. He received Oracle Construction and Engineering’s Let’s Build award in 2020. He was named a Top 20 Under 40 by Engineering News Record (ENR) in 2016. Burcin is also an adjunct professor at Northwestern University’s McCormick School of Engineering.
Roz Buick is the senior vice president of product, strategy, and development at Oracle Constrction and Engineering and board director of construction and technology companies including Propeller Aero Inc, Utecture and Grupo Protexa.
Roz has 25 years of experience building and leading teams that digitally transform industries by automating and re-engineering customer workflow and information management. She has defined customer-led breakout strategies across software and hardware solutions, delivering and scaling products, services, go to market, distribution, direct sales, OEM partnerships and e-commerce channels. For more than 13 years Roz was responsible for full-function business P&Ls and global teams at Trimble. She consistently builds diverse and engaged teams to execute and step-function growth in market share, revenue and profits. A catalyst for change, a life-long learner, and focused on continuous improvement, Roz reveals early market disruptions and enablers to maximize value capture. Leading with customer intimacy, in-depth industry domain knowledge and critical thinking to transform markets including infrastructure, buildings, real estate, agriculture, environmental and land management.
Trained as a research scientist she taught at Virginia Tech Blacksburg, VA and Lincoln University NZ in decision support software integrating across GIS, databases, simulation models, operations research and artificial intelligence methods to solve complex decision making. She has a Bachelors of Agricultural Science, a Ph.D. in computer simulation modeling and plant physiology (Lincoln University, NZ), and a Leadership Development Executive MBA (Duke University NC).
