Oracle PartnerNetwork Expands Incentives to Help Partners Accelerate Healthcare Transformation

New Oracle Health incentives are expected to help partners build the expertise and capabilities healthcare organizations need to connect clinical, operational, financial, data, cloud, and AI initiatives

Oracle Health and Life Sciences Summit – Orlando, FL—Sep 22, 2026

Oracle today announced an expansion of its Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN) incentives to include Oracle Health and Life Sciences. The expansion will create a more consistent partner experience across Oracle Health and Life Sciences, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, and other eligible Oracle cloud offerings.

The new benefits, expected to be available to partners in the coming months, are designed to extend Oracle’s enhanced OPN incentive framework in the US to healthcare. Designed for implementation partners and systems integrators, the incentives will help partners deepen their Oracle Health expertise, develop differentiated services, and work alongside Oracle to support customers’ business transformation and success. Healthcare organizations increasingly need unified clinical, operational, financial, cloud, and AI capabilities rather than isolated point solutions. By expanding incentives for Oracle Health and Life Sciences partners, Oracle will be helping customers access a broader ecosystem of experienced organizations that can support planning, implementation, adoption, and long-term innovation.

The expanded framework is expected to reward partners for:

  • Building dedicated Oracle Health practices and implementation capacity
  • Investing in Oracle Health skills, training, and certifications
  • Developing repeatable healthcare solutions and services
  • Supporting larger transformations spanning Oracle Health, OCI, Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, AI, and industry solutions
  • Helping customers realize ongoing value from their Oracle investments

“There is tremendous demand for Oracle’s modern, AI-powered health platform, and partners will be essential to helping us meet that demand,” said Seema Verma, executive vice president and general manager, Oracle Health and Life Sciences. “Healthcare organizations are looking to Oracle to bring clinical, operational, financial, cloud, data, and AI capabilities together in ways that can fundamentally improve how healthcare is delivered. By expanding our partner incentives, we’re enabling partners to build the expertise, capacity, and differentiated services needed to scale these transformations with us and help more customers realize the value of Oracle’s technology.”
