Transformation, together

If we’re going to undergo a true digital transformation—as an economy, as a culture, as a society—everyone needs to be along for the ride. That’s an idea Kimberly Ellison-Taylor brings to her job every day as executive director of finance thought leadership at Oracle. “We’re talking about changing how we operate,” she says. “It’s really important that we have everyone along for the journey.” Kimberly believes that people are the cornerstone of any successful initiative and that building a diverse and inclusive organization helps us all achieve our full potential. Diversity and inclusion

Different people. Different backgrounds. Different experiences. Innovation. That’s the ethos of Oracle’s Diversity and Inclusion program. Traci Wade, senior director for diversity and inclusion, has the tools to develop that mindset, whether that means helping Oracle employees understand unconscious bias or connecting them with Oracle employee resource groups focused on issues of race, gender, sexual orientation, and more. On this stop, the virtual road trip talks to Traci, an established expert in the field who has a lot to teach when it comes to building a work culture that celebrates difference.
