Plan with confidence
The BMI assessment is designed for all existing Oracle on-premises customers and those that have recently moved to the cloud. Our assessment focuses on all process domains across customer experience (CX), enterprise performance management (EPM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), human capital management (HCM), and supply chain management (SCM).
In addition, IBM can examine the relevance of Oracle Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) to your business by analyzing non-Oracle workloads across multiple apps and web servers, databases, and operating systems, including mainframes. We also assess organizational readiness across people, processes, technology, data, and sustainability to ensure you’re fully prepared to succeed in a cloud environment.
This insight feeds into a detailed business case and implementation roadmap. We define deployment sequencing, transition states, and coexistence strategies while providing a clear, costed ROI statement that links cloud migration directly to your long-term goals.
Duration
The assessment takes about four weeks for the initial assessment report and requires minimal input from your business. It requires around 10 to 16 hours of IT and business time per participant.
