Develop a Repeatable Talent Management Cloud Integration

Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), Taleo Enterprise Edition (TEE) and Taleo Business Edition (TBE) as part of Talent Management Cloud and offered under Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud

Process and Requirements

Steps
ORC
TEE
TBE
1. Submit for Oracle Product Management review and approval (15-30 business days)
  • We require a minimum number of existing customers (in production) for each integration
    • Five (5) existing customers for each integration request to Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
    • Two (2) existing customers for each integration request to Oracle Talent Acquisition for Midsize Cloud (fka Taleo Business Edition)
    • Five (5) existing customers for each integration request to Oracle Talent Acquisition Cloud (fka Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition)
  • Note that fulfilling this customer criteria does not constitute a commitment to approve an integration request – it is simply a minimum requirement for initial consideration. In general, for parties that do not fulfill the minimum customer criteria, we recommend leveraging the HCM Data Loader (HDL) for Oracle Recruiting and Taleo Connect Client (TCC) for TEE integration tool. The customer should request further information about this tool from their Oracle Customer Success Manager.
  • If approved by Product Management, companies are required to complete steps below and meet criteria such as submitting an application for Oracle PartnerNetwork (OPN), complete all requirements associated with the membership and be accepted by OPN, accept the OPN agreement, and pay the applicable membership fees.

  • Learn more about Oracle PartnerNetwork and contact Partner Assistance with any questions.
  • Partners are required to always maintain active OPN membership and enrollment in the Cloud Build Track during the life of the integration.
  • For partners requesting integration with Oracle Taleo Business Edition, access to your Oracle Taleo Business Edition environment will be revoked when OPN membership expires. Failing to maintain OPN membership and enrollment in Cloud Build Track together will result in the removal of any existing listings in Oracle Cloud Marketplace for integrations with Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Oracle Taleo Enterprise Edition or Oracle Taleo Business Edition.
