Self-Service
The Eagle product line requires a Feature Access Key and Software Access Key to enable the programs licensed per your agreement with Oracle. These keys can be generated by downloading the self service tool available from this site. It is recommended that you have a copy of your ordering document or invoice available before you begin.
The tool is contained in a .zip file. Save the .zip file to your desktop before extracting the files. For complete instructions open the readmeGF.pdf file located in the folder labeled 'dist'. The EAGLE 893 SAKs for EagleKeyGeneratorGUI.pdf file in the 'dist' folder lists the Software Access Keys that are required to upgrade to certain EAGLE releases. The HowToLocateYourEagleSystemNumber.pdf file in the 'dist' folder describes how to identify your EAGLE System Number by visually inspecting your EAGLE Frame. To launch the self service tool, double click on the file labeled EagleKeyGeneratorGUI.jar.
Trials and Loaner Program
Oracle Communications operate a software trial and Loaner Program where customers can download software for evaluation, development, demonstration and testing purposes. These programs require acceptance of applicable Oracle terms and conditions. You must accept the applicable terms and conditions before using any Oracle product. Deployment is limited to non-production systems. For more information on these programs, contact your Oracle Sales Representative to request an engagement.
