We know that ensuring all voices are heard and leveraged makes our ideas better and our teams stronger. We’re dedicated to growing a workforce that better reflects the world around us and we’re committed to creating an inclusive workplace where all voices can be heard.
The Alliance of Black Leaders for Excellence (ABLE) is our employee resource group created to help enrich the careers of Black employees and allies at Oracle. With 15 chapters and counting, we focus on community engagement and mentorship. Oracle should be a place where everyone can succeed. We nurture the potential of all our employees and are proud to have some of the most influential people in tech on our team.

“It’s essential to have a culture that nurtures psychological safety, accountability, teamwork, and communication.” Pat shares how the power of values sets Oracle leaders up to succeed their way.
“My move to Oracle was a no brainer. When I was at Stanford, Oracle was known for their innovative products, market dominance, and global presence—and it still is.”
Our culture celebrates our unique differences every day across Oracle. Every year, ABLE members and allies proudly come together for Black History Month celebrations and march in honor of Martin Luther King Jr.
All of our employees are entitled to 40 paid volunteer hours every year. Many ABLE members use this time to work on projects they feel will enrich the lives of the Black community.
All our people are supported by Oracle’s world-class training, mentoring, and commitment to internal mobility. In addition, ABLE hosts a range of events that cultivate a community of support.
