    • Plan your schedule

To make sure you don’t miss out on the sessions that match your interests and role, plan your personalized schedule using the CloudWorld schedule builder, starting August 16.

This functionality is only available to registered attendees, so purchase your pass before you select favorite sessions and add them to your schedule. When you arrive at CloudWorld in Las Vegas, you’ll have your full schedule—including session names, times and locations—right at your fingertips with the Oracle Events mobile app.

If sessions reach capacity, you’ll be added to the wait list. Adding sessions to your schedule does not guarantee a seat; make sure you arrive at session rooms 10 minutes early to secure your spot.

    • Bring your laptop for hands-on learning

CloudWorld offers multiple ways to get hands-on learning. You can

      • Participate in a hands-on lab
      • Enroll in a pre-event training course
      • Take a certification exam

For all these activities, you’ll need to bring your own laptop.

    • Install multi-factor authentication for hands-on labs

At Oracle, security takes precedence, and this commitment extends to your hands-on lab experience when using Oracle Cloud accounts at CloudWorld. To safeguard your Oracle Cloud account, we’re adopting the industry best practice of multi-factor authentication (MFA). Prior to your arrival, please make sure to have a mobile Authenticator client, such as the Oracle Mobile Authenticator (available on Apple or Google Play) or a third-party client, installed on your mobile device. This step will ensure a seamless sign-in experience.

    • Sign up for an on-site Oracle Certification exam

You may take Oracle Certification exams remotely or at CloudWorld in Las Vegas. On-site exams are available Tuesday, September 19, through Thursday, September 21, on Level 1 of The Venetian. Please sign up in advance and bring your own laptop. Your general attendee or partner pass includes three exam attempts.

    • Consider a pre-event training course

Add-on training opportunities at CloudWorld deliver a detailed understanding of how to use Oracle applications and technologies. Choose from twelve, hands-on courses led by Oracle instructors and experts on Monday, September 18. These four-hour, immersive trainings are $599 and are limited to 30 attendees each.

Adding a course is easy. Log into your attendee portal, click on the pre-event training button, and select the right course for your role.

    • Get answers on site

Have a question? Visit any of our six convenient information desks or find a CloudWorld Ambassador. They’ll be wearing stone-colored t-shirts with the large CloudWorld logo. The Ambassadors can help you locate a room, find a shuttle, point you to a water refill station, or show you the nearest lounge.

    • Find all-gender restrooms, nursing rooms, and Zen and prayer rooms

All these amenities are available at CloudWorld. Consult a map or ask a CloudWorld Ambassador for exact locations. Location information is also in the Oracle Events mobile app.

    • Pick up specialty meals

If you requested a special meal during the registration process, collect it at the entrance to Hall G on Level 1 of The Venetian. Specialty meals are available for breakfast and lunch from Tuesday through Thursday. An email confirmation from the CloudWorld registration team will be required for pickup.

    • Use mobility services

Scooters and wheelchairs are available for day rental from Convention Center Services on Level 1 of The Venetian.

ADA shuttles are available for transportation between The Venetian Expo, Caesar’s Forum, The LINQ, and Harrah’s during the following times:

      • Monday, September 18, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM
      • Tuesday, September 19, from 6:30 AM to 7:30 PM
      • Wednesday, September 20, from 6:30 AM to 1:00 AM
      • Thursday, September 21, from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM
    • Stay hydrated sustainably

Stay hydrated and reduce plastic waste with your refillable water bottle, brought to you by Accenture. Starting Tuesday, pick up your water bottle at the Swag Station on Level 2 of The Venetian. Then, fill your bottle at water coolers located throughout the event in partnership with Fill It Forward.

    • Offset your travel carbon footprint for free

Accenture is offering CloudWorld attendees the opportunity to offset their carbon footprint for free. For each carbon offset request submitted, Accenture will donate money through Cool Effect to the Breath of Fresh Air project, a non-profit that builds fuel-efficient cookstoves in Central America.

      • Walk between conference venues and hotels
      • Take only the giveaways and swag you will use
      • Turn off the lights and AC in your hotel room while at CloudWorld
      • Recycle your badge and lanyard at the end of the event
