Know Before You Go to CloudWorld
Thanks for registering for CloudWorld. To help your days in Las Vegas go as smoothly as possible, we’ve put together some planning tools and travel tips.
Find your way at CloudWorld
We’ve got a few maps to help you know where to go. Use the drop down menu to select your view.
First, get the big picture from Las Vegas Boulevard; see where your hotel is in relation to The Venetian Conference and Expo Center.
Second, get a peek at Level 1 of the conference venue with meal service and shuttle and rideshare pickup.
Finally, check out Level 2 for registration, keynote halls, and the CloudWorld Hub.
Download the mobile app
The Oracle Events mobile app makes important conference information easily accessible. You can quickly access your personal schedule, view wayfinding maps, network with attendees, and so much more. Be sure to enable notifications so you don’t miss a thing.
- Plan your schedule
To make sure you don’t miss out on the sessions that match your interests and role, plan your personalized schedule using the CloudWorld schedule builder, starting August 16.
This functionality is only available to registered attendees, so purchase your pass before you select favorite sessions and add them to your schedule. When you arrive at CloudWorld in Las Vegas, you’ll have your full schedule—including session names, times and locations—right at your fingertips with the Oracle Events mobile app.
If sessions reach capacity, you’ll be added to the wait list. Adding sessions to your schedule does not guarantee a seat; make sure you arrive at session rooms 10 minutes early to secure your spot.

For all these activities, you’ll need to bring your own laptop.
- Install multi-factor authentication for hands-on labs
At Oracle, security takes precedence, and this commitment extends to your hands-on lab experience when using Oracle Cloud accounts at CloudWorld. To safeguard your Oracle Cloud account, we’re adopting the industry best practice of multi-factor authentication (MFA). Prior to your arrival, please make sure to have a mobile Authenticator client, such as the Oracle Mobile Authenticator (available on Apple or Google Play) or a third-party client, installed on your mobile device. This step will ensure a seamless sign-in experience.
- Sign up for an on-site Oracle Certification exam
You may take Oracle Certification exams remotely or at CloudWorld in Las Vegas. On-site exams are available Tuesday, September 19, through Thursday, September 21, on Level 1 of The Venetian. Please sign up in advance and bring your own laptop. Your general attendee or partner pass includes three exam attempts.
- Consider a pre-event training course
Add-on training opportunities at CloudWorld deliver a detailed understanding of how to use Oracle applications and technologies. Choose from twelve, hands-on courses led by Oracle instructors and experts on Monday, September 18. These four-hour, immersive trainings are $599 and are limited to 30 attendees each.
Adding a course is easy. Log into your attendee portal, click on the pre-event training button, and select the right course for your role.
