General attendee conference passes include access to

• The Party (Public sector attendees may purchase a pass that excludes the party.)
• The welcome reception
• Conference meals
• A wireless network and the Oracle Events mobile app
• Oracle University digital training—providing content covering all Oracle Cloud solutions, from registration until November 21, 2023—and three free opportunities to take the Oracle Certification exam.
• All keynotes, sessions, and activities at DatabaseWorld at CloudWorld
• All keynotes, sessions, exhibits, and activities at Oracle Health Conference
• Oracle Health Conference On Air digital pass, with live and on demand content

About the Group discount

The group discount is available only if a registrant purchases 5 or more passes in a single bulk order. Once your order is submitted, you’ll be able to manage distribution of purchased passes for use during registration. Group purchases cannot be combined with any other discounts and are not available to public sector attendees. Payment may only be made by credit card. No refunds are allowed for any Group passes purchased. The number of passes per order cannot be increased or decreased once the purchase is complete.

About the public sector discount

Oracle’s definition of public sector extends beyond (but includes) traditional government agencies and ministries. The definition also includes state-owned entities, such as those in which a government has 30% or more ownership, voting control, and/or the ability to appoint officers or directors. For example, airlines, financial institutions, telecommunications companies, utilities, energy exploration companies, hospitals, and other businesses can qualify.

Public sector attendees registering under the government rate will be required to show their employer-issued government ID or other proof of government employment as well as a government-issued photo ID during check-in at the Oracle CloudWorld registration desks at either Caesars Forum or The Venetian. Oracle may, at its sole discretion, charge the full Oracle CloudWorld conference rate to anyone not satisfying these requirements or cancel ineligible registrations. Government discounts, with or without the CloudWorld party, are only available to those who qualify. Public sector employees are not eligible to use a complimentary pass, group pass, or pass provided by another party to register for Oracle CloudWorld.
