Hotel and travel information
Stay on the Las Vegas Strip
Oracle CloudWorld—including JavaOne and MySQL Summit—is happening at Caesars Forum and the Venetian Convention and Expo Center. Where you book your hotel depends on your interests.
If you’re focused on cloud infrastructure, applications, and databases, book at the Venetian Resort. JavaOne, MySQL Summit, and developer sessions are at Caesars Forum, making Harrah’s, The LINQ, and Flamingo Las Vegas most convenient.
All four conference hotels are within walking distance of the event spaces or can be accessed by monorail. During the day, you can easily move between the two venues via the CloudWorld Skybridge.

- Policy for hotel booking and changes
Hotel booking is available at the time of registration through your attendee portal. Discounted room rates are offered based on hotel availability until September 12, 2022. After this date, room rates will be determined by the hotel. Rates are only guaranteed when booked within the CloudWorld block through the attendee portal. Once a hotel is booked in our system, your reservation is confirmed, and a hotel confirmation number will be sent to you two weeks prior to your arrival date. Changes to your reservation can be made by logging in to your My Attendee portal or by contacting the CloudWorld registration and housing team listed below prior to September 12, 2022. If you wish to update your reservation after September 12, 2022, you must do so by contacting your hotel directly.
- Policy for hotel cancellations
Cancellations of an entire reservation must be made no less than 72 hours prior to your arrival date. Failure to do so will result in a penalty equal to one night’s room and tax. If you need to depart earlier than planned, you may update your hotel reservation with the CloudWorld registration and housing team before September 12, 2022. After this date some hotels may charge a penalty if nights are cancelled from your original booking. If you shorten your hotel stay after checking in, the hotel’s standard early departure fees may apply.
- Scam and fraud alert
Please be aware of scammers contacting you about booking a hotel room for the conference. The CloudWorld registration and housing team will not contact you directly by email or phone to solicit hotel reservations; you are responsible for booking your own reservations. We will only reach out to you to announce that the booking system is live, to remind you to book accommodations if you are registered without a hotel reservation in our system, and/or to deliver final hotel confirmation details. We can only assure room availability or rates for rooms booked during online registration or by direct contact with the CloudWorld registration and housing team. Reservations made through other sources are at your own risk.
