An Oracle Cloud Managed Services Provider is a recognized Oracle partner with the skills and demonstrated experience to build, deploy, run, and manage SaaS or Oracle and non-Oracle workloads on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. This Expertise is intended for partners who deliver or are expanding their professional or strategic business consulting services to architect, deploy and provide Managed Services for Oracle Cloud Solutions. Partners may access a more detailed Oracle Cloud Manager Services Provider journey as an OPN member.

Meeting the Qualifiers noted below recognizes your company as having the proficiency to provide managed services within the declared regional market.
Expertise Qualifiers

Oracle Cloud Expertise

For SaaS, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure or Universal Credits

Attain and publish the relevant Service Expertise

AND

Attain and publish the relevant Sell Expertise

*Note: The Sell and Service Expertise need to be earned in the same product family and same regional market.

For Multicloud

Attain and publish the Multicloud Service Expertise

AND

Attain and publish the Multicloud Sell Expertise

 

Managed Service Audit

An annual 3rd Party Audit is required to attain and maintain an Oracle Cloud Managed Services Provider Expertise.

Review and accept Agreements and Publish Expertise

Partners require a valid Cloud Services Agreement (CSA) and Cloud Solutions Provider Amendment (CSPA) to the Cloud Services Agreement. These agreements provide partners the ability to use managed services with Oracle Cloud Technology and Applications for a specified end user.
