Effective April 29, 2019, support for goBalto Site Select, Site Activate, and Site Analyze Cloud Services, is now accessed through the Oracle Health Sciences Support portal and no longer through the goBalto online or email Support channel. The goBalto support phone number continues to be available and will not change.

The same support team who supported goBalto's products continues to do so today.
