Effective April 29, 2019, support for goBalto Site Select, Site Activate, and Site Analyze Cloud Services, will transition to the Oracle Health Sciences Support portal and will no longer be provided through the goBalto Help Center (Zendesk) or through support@goBalto.com. The goBalto support phone number will continue to be available and will not change. Please discontinue use of the goBalto Help Center and Support email address as of that date.
The same support team who supported goBalto's products continues to do so today. You should continue to use the same support channels you have been using, whether it is online, phone support, via email or through your customer representative. Support website links, email address, and phone number remain the same.
As we progress through the integration of goBalto Support we will provide advance notice to you about any changes.
