We are pleased to announce a new option for Oracle Textura customers to access Textura Support. Beginning April 30, 2018, customers will be able to use Oracle’s mobile accessible web support portal, My Oracle Support (MOS). Please note the schedule below to begin using MOS by product and watch your email for more information.
Note: TPM customers who have a role of both general contractor and subcontractor can begin using MOS on April 30, 2018.
The same support team who supported Textura’s products continues to do so today. For the support assistance channels that will change, please continue to use all of the same channels you use today for assistance until the transition date shown above.
As we progress through the integration of Textura Support and plan for the move to Oracle’s Support systems, we will provide advance notice to you about any changes.
