Fanatics is a global digital sports platform that serves fans through commerce, collectibles, betting, and gaming. As Fanatics grew, the company needed more automation to monitor sensitive-data access, risky configurations, and suspicious transactions. Before consolidating 15 ERP systems on Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, Fanatics relied on many manual processes, which made it harder to apply consistent controls across its expanding business.
AI-driven controls within Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications
Fanatics activated 60 Risk Management algorithms to help automate monitoring of access, configurations, and transactions. The algorithms routed issues to process owners, giving the company a repeatable way to monitor risk based on its requirements. Fanatics also used AI-generated security briefings to give reviewers business context and recommendations for faster, more informed decisions. A risk dashboard connected process-level details to issues that needed executive attention.
By integrating Oracle Access Governance with Oracle Fusion Cloud Risk Management, Fanatics added preventive checks across Oracle Fusion Cloud and other in-scope applications. The integration brought access requests under the same controls that governed ongoing access and transaction monitoring.
With automated, integrated controls in place, Fanatics now has a scalable governance foundation to support Fusion Agentic Applications and other AI-enabled processes as they are introduced across the business.
