Nomura Research Institute (NRI), a leading global provider of consulting services and system solutions, experienced growing demand from its customers for managed cloud solutions that could support financial governance and digital sovereignty requirements. The first global customer to adopt Oracle Dedicated Region Cloud@Customer, NRI found that it could offer more value to customers after it migrated its financial SaaS solutions to OCI Dedicated Region in its Tokyo and Osaka data centers. With Oracle Alloy, NRI customers gained access to 100-plus Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services along with financial applications. Oracle Alloy also helped NRI meet Japan’s financial sector and IT regulatory compliance for its customers. Combined with atlax, NRI’s managed service that provides management and monitoring of networks and cybersecurity across system environments, Oracle Alloy’s full cloud capabilities help NRI customers realize a range of modernization projects, such as building new cloud native applications and jumpstarting AI initiatives.
