Oracle Cloud Expertise

Achieve and publish 1 Service Expertise

Qualifiers include:

Audits are conducted on an annual basis.
The audit will review the company's history and success of delivering managed services including customer success cases, company staffing, and operational processes supporting managed services.


Review Agreements and Publish Expertise

1 Valid Cloud Services Agreement (CSA)
1 Valid Cloud Solutions Provider Amendment (CPSA)

Once your Oracle Cloud Solutions Provider audit has been completed, you can initiate the CSPA within the Oracle Cloud Solutions Provider journey. A valid Cloud Services Agreement (CSA) and Cloud Solutions Provider Amendment (CSPA) to the CSA is necessary to allow partners the ability to buy, build, deploy, run, and manage both Oracle and non-Oracle workloads with Oracle Cloud services for their end customers.
